Can I shop in a currency other than the US Dollar?
 

For the convenience of our customers, we support shopping in many currencies other than the US Dollar.  Simply choose one of the currencies from the drop down menu located in the middle left side border of a product category page.  All products prices will then be displayed in the selected currency.


If your currency is not listed, don’t worry. Currency conversion is automatic when orders are made via our accepted methods of payment, Credit Card (VISA/Master/America Express/Discovery) or PayPal. Our site bases orders on the US dollar but the statement you receive from your credit card or PayPal will show the purchase in your local currency, as the credit card or PayPal processor will convert the currency automatically.

How do I make a purchase if my currency is not the US Dollar?

What is the Shipping Policy?
  Order Processing Time

Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours from the receipt of the order. If your order is placed on a weekend or holiday, it is our goal to process and ship your order on the next business day. Subject to availability.

Estimated Delivery Times Following the Date of Shipment

US Domestic Express Mail - guaranteed 1-2 business days (by noon or 3pm)
US Domestic Priority Mail - usually 2-3 business days estimated
US Domestic First-Class Mail - usually 1-3 business days estimated
US Domestic Parcel Post - usually 2-9 business days estimated

International Express Mail - 3-5 business days (guaranteed only to select destinations)
International Priority Mail - usually 6-10 business days estimated
International First Class Mail - varies depending on destination. Delivery times are usually 5-14 business days for shipments to Canada, Australia, most European countries (except sometimes Italy), and Japan. This is an estimate and delivery times are dependent on many factors such as distance, the receiving country's postal system, processing at customs and holidays. Although most International First Class Mail packages are delivered within two weeks, it may take up to 30 days for delivery in some situations.  For International First Class Mail, a Customs Number is assigned, however Online Tracking and Delivery Conformation Services are not available as they are not provided by the US Postal Service. Limited information regarding the shipment is available via the US Postal Service website. Additional information may or may not be available via the website of the receiving country's postal system or carrier. CoolPencilCase.com is unable to assume responsibility for packages lost in shipment when order tracking and delivery conformation is not available from the US Postal Service.
 
* The above estimates are for the time it takes the US Postal Service to deliver packages and does not include the time it takes CoolPencilCase.com to package and ship your order. You will receive an email notice from CoolPencilCase.com once your order has shipped. Please use this date to calculate your estimated delivery time.
** All shipments are made via US Postal Service.
**** Adjustments to these estimates may need to be made during holiday seasons and for Postal Service holidays.

Shipping Options

All orders are shipped via the US Postal Service. Not all shipping options listed above will be available for your order due to weight and size restrictions of the US Postal Service. Orders utilizing our Free shipping to US and Canada option are shipped via US Domestic First-Class Mail, US Domestic Parcel Post or International First Class Mail. Orders utilizing our Flat Rate International Shipping option are shipped via International First Class Mail.

Online order tracking and delivery conformation are provided by the US Postal Service on all US Domestic and International shipping options with the exception of International First Class Mail. CoolPencilCase.com is unable to assume responsibility for packages lost in shipment when order tracking and delivery conformation is not available from the US Postal Service.

Shipping Charges

All shipping charges, including returns and store credit, are the responsibility of the customer.  However, if a return is due to damaged or defective merchandise or an error on our part, we will send you a prepaid return label along with your RMA number (please refer to our Return Policy).


Do you ship to my country?
  Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, please contact us as we may be able to support shipments to your country.
What are my payment choices?
  During the checkout process you may make your purchase by choosing Credit Card** (VISA/Master/America Express/Discovery) or PayPal*. 

*Please note that if you choose to make payment via PayPal, you will automatically be redirected to the PayPal website (once you click the "Place Order" button) so that you may authorize the payment from your PayPal account. If this is not completed, we will not receive your payment and we will be unable to release your order for shipment.

**Gift Cards (prepaid Credit Cards available at many grocery, convenience or drug stores) are welcome at our site. You may be required to register your Gift Card by calling the issuing provider, or by visiting their website.

Please note that we are unable to release your order for shipment until we receive payment.

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
